The first few days back at work may be challenging. You'll need to get used to being away from your baby for longer periods of time, and you may also feel a bit overwhelmed by everything you have to do. This is normal. Give yourself some time to adjust, and don't be afraid to ask for help from your employer. Some employers offer flexible work arrangements, such as working from home or compressed workweeks.
