In the U.S., The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommend that newborns get the first HepB shot before leaving the hospital. Additional immunizations are recommended at two months of age, including a repeat Hepatitis B, DTaP, Hib, IPV, PCV13 and Rotavirus vaccines. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions about routine immunizations.
