Nothing is sweeter than tiny newborn fingers curling tightly around your finger! This is part of the reflexes they are born with. This one is known as the palmar grasp reflex, and it causes them to curl their fingers around anything that touches their palm. This reflex usually disappears when the baby is 4 to 6 months old.
