Your pediatrician will weigh and measure your baby’s height and head circumference at each well check. You’ll get their size as a percentile based on the World Health Organization’s chart of child growth standards. There will always be babies on either end of the scale, which is perfectly normal. There is no specific size your baby “should” be; your doctors just want to ensure that your baby keeps pace with their individual growth pattern over time.
