While skin-to-skin contact is valuable, it is not the sole determinant of bonding and can complement other forms of nurturing and closeness. As long as you continue to provide love, care, and physical affection in different ways, it is okay to adjust skin-to-skin contact according to your baby's needs and circumstances.
