When will my breast milk come in?

Your breast milk will come in about 2 to 5 days after your baby is born. You may notice a few drops of colostrum, a thick, yellow liquid, in your breasts in the days leading up to your milk coming in. Colostrum is very nutritious and is all your baby needs for the first few days of life.
