Remember, babies are humans too! There are many valid reasons why they might struggle to sleep. They could be undertired or overtired. They could be struggling with teething pain, separation anxiety, discomfort, illness, a cognitive leap, a noise disruption, being too hot, too cold, or hungry. In other cases, parents’ concerns result from misunderstandings about how much babies should sleep or when they are ready for it.
